Delicious, easy and healthy smoothie recipes perfect for summer - 3 ingredients or less, perfect for a refreshing healthy snack, breakfast and clean eating!
Ingredients
The Best Strawberry Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 banana, medium
- 1 cup milk
Banana Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup yogurt
Green Breakfast Smoothie
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 or 1 banana, frozen
Strawberry Watermelon Smoothie
- 2 cups chopped watermelon, no seeds
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup water
Peach Smoothie
- 1 cup peaches, chopped, frozen
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 Tbsp yogurt
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in your blender until smooth.
Enjoy immediately.
