13 Easy Keto Dinner Recipes For Beginners

If you’re just starting out with the keto diet and transitioning to eating low-carb, here are some awesome, healthy and satisfying easy keto dinner recipes that will help you lose weight and make you feel really good. You won’t miss carbs at all! These low carb dinner recipes include a keto beef recipe, keto chicken recipes, shrimp recipes, salmon recipe and there’s even a low-carb vegan cucumber avocado salad.

Even though I can’t do the keto diet ever again, I’m still trying to reduce my carbohydrate intake for at least one of my meals during the day. I found out, the best meal to do it – is dinner for me. This actually helps me lose weight, even if I’m not eating super healthy during the day.

Also, my keto diet experience showed me I don’t need carbs to feel full and satisfied. I just need variety. And this is what we’re going to get here.


What To Eat On Keto

The keto diet got so famous I don’t believe there’s anyone who’s not familiar with the concept. But just in case, let’s take a look since I’m an expert who’s done the keto diet for 10 days.

Basically, you’ll be eating a high-fat and very low-carbohydrate diet. The goal of eating this way is that your body reaches something called ketosis. Which has its own cult right now. Ketosis is a state where your body starts using fat for fuel and not carbohydrates.

So you basically burn the fat that you’ve accumulated over the years, which helps you lose weight. This state can be achieved when you fast, starve or when fat is the main thing you eat.

So what do you eat on keto? Here are some foods to enjoy:

  • meat and seafood
  • oils
  • avocado
  • eggs
  • low-carb nuts and seeds
  • green vegetables and other low-carb vegetables
  • coconut
  • olives
  • some berries like raspberries, blackberries and strawberries

With all that variety, I didn’t feel restricted at all. The meals were delicious and easy to make.


Will You Lose Weight On The Keto Diet?

Yes! And it comes off quickly. I lost 7 pounds in 10 days without feeling hungry and I kept that weight off for already 4 months.

At first I intended to do keto for about a month, but, unfortunately, had to stop because of some crazy side effects and because of my thyroid.

1. Keto Garlic Shrimp & Broccoli

3. Keto Squid With Olives, Garlic & Tomatoes
