Wake up, say good morning and start your day motivated with these inspirational good morning quotes!
Don’t know about you, but I don’t wake up every day motivated and inspired to follow my dreams or to keep going and just deal with reality. Sometimes I don’t even feel like leaving my home or putting on actual clothes or doing anything else but scroll on my phone for hours. How do I feel after? As if I’ve been poisoned. I’ve had this kind of a morning enough times over the years for me to know that it is not a great way to start my day off. I know that instead of feeling recovered, I end up feeling drained, stuck and super negative. So in my opinion, there’s no point in taking these kinds of breaks. They’re not rejuvenating, it’s a downward spiral.
Now, whenever I don’t feel motivated or inspired to do much in the morning, I start with a little inspirational quote or a morning affirmation, then do a workout or a walk – anything to get me into action. And then my day is so much better. That quote or saying is enough to snap me out of that negative state of mind and helps me move past the excuses and self-pity. It saves my day. And our days make our lives as we know, so now I’ve even framed some quotes to look at for when I need to get right back on track.
If you know someone who’s not having the best of days and isn’t waking up ready to take on the world, send that person one of these motivational quotes. Whatever speaks to you. That person, even if they’re stubborn, will appreciate it. And it will help.
And if that person is you and you want to help yourself, then read through these powerful quotes and screenshot them to look at whenever you need it!
