5-Minute Keto Dessert Recipe

Okay, so the keto dessert I’m about to share isn’t really a recipe, it’s more like what I eat when I crave something sweet on the keto diet. Not rocket science, it’s just a few things I mix together, eat and become happier.

My 5-Minute Keto Dessert, made with mascarpone! You can have this for an easy snack if you're doing the keto diet and craving something sweet!

One of the reasons I decided to try the keto diet, besides weight loss and all the promised health benefits, was that I was also promised to eat mascarpone without getting fat.

That is the dream.

Yes, this keto dessert definitely has mascarpone in it, some berries and walnuts. No stevia though, I’m not a fan, but definitely use it if you like it. It will not kick you out of ketosis.

This easy snack isn’t overly sweet, but it works for me when I have cravings. You can probably use cream cheese instead of the mascarpone, but I like my mascarpone. So, whatever you have.

Also note on berries…use blackberries, strawberries or raspberries for low carb options. Blueberries apparently are full of sugar. Who knew? Well, these guys.

Sweet Keto Snack Recipe With Mascarpone

Quick and easy keto dessert idea with mascarpone, or if you want cream cheese! If you're looking for some new keto diet recipes this keto dessert is perfect as you can throw it together in 3 minutes and is very tasty!

Make this quick and easy keto dessert whenever you crave something sweet - as a low carb snack or after dinner! Made with mascarpone and berries this is all you need to get over those cravings!

Total Time 3 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup mascarpone
  • 1/3 cup berries
  • 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped

Instructions

In a small jar, add the mascarpone, top with berries (used frozen as they weren't in season yet) and the walnuts (you can chop them if you want)! Add stevia if needed (I didn't use any) and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Make sure to use unsweetened berries, if you buy frozen. Also blueberries are pretty high-carb, so I wouldn't use those for this snack - better options would be strawberries, blackberries or raspberries
