Ingredients

Here’s what you’ll need for it:

  • olives
  • tomato
  • avocado
  • arugula
  • bell pepper
  • basil
  • salt
  • olive oil

How To Make

This healthy vegetable meal comes without much effort! Here’s what you need to do:

  • chop all of the produce
  • put it in a bowl
  • add salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice if desired
  • Mix

Options:

Since I was making this for breakfast, I didn’t add any garlic, onion or spice, but you can bet – any other time of the day, I would add at least one of those things. If not all of them.

Also, I’m not a big fan of the combination of lemon or lime and tomato, so I didn’t add any lemon juice here – feel free to change it with a tbsp of lemon or lime juice!

  • handful olives
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/4 avocado
  • handful arugula
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp basil, chopped
  • salt
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Chop all vegetables thinly, put into a small bowl and add salt, black pepper and olive oil.
  2. Mix and enjoy immediately.
