If you want to be productive and successful – daily exercise is the way to go! You can do every single one of these full-body morning workouts at home after you wake up and they can even help you lose weight and burn fat if that’s what you want.
The Magic Of Working Out In The Morning
Successful and productive people do it, so obviously there’s something miraculous about morning exercise.
I for one can testify that a short workout at 6 am can get me out of the crappiest mood super quickly, help me relieve stress and make me wake up quicker. Which results in: being able to work on stuff earlier and getting more things done during the day.
How Long Should You Exercise?
There’s no magic number when it comes to how long a morning workout needs to be.
I’ve found that I need anywhere between 10-30 minutes to be more alert, focused and productive. Anything that’s shorter or longer than that – doesn’t seem to have the same effect on me.
I’ve now made morning exercise pretty much a habit and I notice a big difference on the days when things don’t go as planned and I skip it.
That whole day I’m all over the place and a little grumpy. But on those beautiful days when I really do my morning workouts – I have the best, most productive days ever. I’m more present, happy and energetic.
So if you also want to have more good and productive days in your life, I highly recommend including some exercise in your morning routine.
