A super quick and easy spicy avocado sauce that tastes amazing and will be a good addition to burgers, wraps, bowls or even as a side dish. This recipe is vegan, paleo and gluten-free.

Ingredients
- 1 avocado, ripe
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (or more)
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Using a fork mash avocado with lemon juice and garlic until creamy and fluffy. Add in the chopped cilantro, crushed red pepper. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can also make this sauce by using a hand blender or a food processor, but I was too lazy to clean all that up, so I used a fork and the force.
- You can use this sauce in wraps, burgers, bowls or on the side with meat, rice, or even tofu. (I used it in these tofu wraps).
