I found this channel when my sister sent me a link to a yoga sequence for neck and shoulders that helped her a lot. And there’s so much to discover on this channel – yoga for weight loss, yoga for lower back pain, total body yoga, full-body yoga stretch routines, morning yoga flows and most of them are beginner-friendly. There’s so much to choose from on this wonderful yoga Youtube channel – yoga for flexibility, full-body yoga, core strength yoga, morning yoga (I absolutely love her highly popular 10-minute morning yoga routine).
